I want to know what are the best practices for SEO in our systems. for screen level we have the description, title etc . what else we can include to make thing more SEO friendly.

The only thing relevant to SEO is the name of the screen and the title. The name of the screen will be part of the URL, and the title of the screen will be the description on search results. Both are really important pieces of information for any search engine.
