sincerely I don't know how to explain but it is working now. Something weird is happening because my CKEditor sometimes crash and doesn't work. In the other day it works normally. Now I am receiving an error message of service unavailable (HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.)... I never saw the environment unstable this way.

that error (HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.) might be related to the infrastructure, maybe you should reach out Outsystems support team and report that issue.
