Error message while uploading attachment
Question

When I tried to upload an attachment its showing a pop error message as "An exception occurred in the client script. Error: parent.RichWidgets_Popup_Editor_Close is not a function". So please someone can help me on this issue.

Please find attached an example of a pop attachment working example. Can you please compare to find differences? Can you provide more details?
