[Background Location Plugin] Background plugin problem on iOS

Hey Guys, 

Please I need help with Background plugin, when I try to generate package with this plugin on Service Studio 10.0.717.0, the followind message appears:

"The following errors have occurred:• In iOS on 13/03/2018 at 19:03:40 - An unexpected error has occurred while generating your application. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact OutSystems Support."

  • I try test the iOS certificate with the same OAP without this plugin and worked. So isn't certificate issue.
  • This error message only appears when I try to use this plugin.
  • Was downloaded the last version of this plugin.
  • Background Location Plugin - Extensibility Configurations:

Hi. 


I had the same issue and opened a suppert case at Outsystems.


The short answer is: this plugin does not work anymore for iOS.


The cause is the library "CocoaLumberjack" with was broken after a new release of Outsystems platform.


As this component is not supported by Outsystems, we need assistence for someone who can update the plugin also.
