Can you explain what do you mean by "create draggable event in modal window"? what are you trying to achieve? where are you stuck?

modal header through we can move model window like that only we need move whole model window.

If I'm not mistaken, when you use the Popup Editor widget and set a Title, you will be able to drag the window around by dragging the title bar. If not, I believe you will have to rely on JavaScript components to achieve that sort of behaviour (I'm pretty sure there are some jQuery components that can do that, maybe one of them is already on the OutSystems Forge as a component?
