Service Center Error after upgrade from 4.0
Question
Hi all,
Just upgraded to 4.1 from 4.0 and checked all the checklist steps.
When entering the service center for the first time with the admin account got the issue feedback screen with the following error: "Invalid column name 'VIEW_SU'." and the Administration and Analytics tabs are missing.
Can't even connect the server from service studio. Same error occurs.
Any ideas on how to solve this?

That sort of errors can occur when, for some reason, the upgrade to 4.1. did not complete successfully. In this case, the problem is caused by a difference in the internal data model between the versions - the Service Center application is not in the same version as the database, prompting this error.
