how to find newtwork printer is sleep mode or ready mode

Hi all,

good day.

i am printing my reports through network printers am able to print the copy if machine is ready mode.

i'm not able to print the copy if printer is in sleep mode. programmatic ally how do i set ready mode to the printer

Hi Rajesh,

Am I to understand you use a REST interface to communicate with the printer? If so, that's not something controlled by OutSystems. Doesn't the interface also have a "wake up" method or the like?
