We've connected ECT with OnTrack, but whenever viewing any of the ECT logged items through OnTrack, the information box is in the top most corner, not where it was initially set. This is the case with all of them.
Is there a solution to this?

Is this only happens with OnTrack? Did you refresh all dependencies for them?

OnTrack is the only application we have connected with ECT. By all dependencies, do you mean eSpace dependencies? In which case, everything is up to date regarding dependencies, both in the main application OnTrack, and the OnTrack ECT Connector.
We have no issues with this in the base ECT Provider, only having this issue in OnTrack.

The application we've connected with OnTrack is also up to date dependency wise.
It is so strange. I suggest you to enable ECT in another app and see if the issue is the same. It could be about some customization on the silk Theme . Maybe you can try to update the silk and refresh ontrack after that.
We've enabled another application in ECT (which is up to date dependency wise), and we're still having the same issue.
Our SILK UI version is 3.1.12, which was published after the last release of OnTrack (May 2017).
I know this is not the solution, just want to share that we are using OnTrack with Silk UI version 3.1.13 and we are not getting the issue. Hopefully this can be used for more complete information to the analysis.
