How  to  open oml files  in  service  studio

i  am using  service  studio 9.1,i need  to  open a oml file  in service  studio.How  can  i open that?

Hi Kallol,

There are several ways:

  1. Double clicking the OML file in a Windows Explorer window;
  2. Drag/drop the OML from an Explorer window onto Service Studio;
  3. Select the 2nd tab in Service Studio (the one with the cloud icon), and select "Open Files..." from the "Environment" menu;
  4. Click the small downward pointing arrow at the end of the tabs (see image below) and select "Open Files..." from the menu that appears;
  5. Press Ctrl-Shift-O.
