Hi All,

I have a question.as i need to send a meeting invite email(outlook) to external customer using my outlook mail id and the same time  another employee also send a meeting invite to different customer using their email id but same organization.

Here my question is, 

how can i read entire organization employee mails.

if possible,how to find those who are all send a meeting invite to outside of organization.
