   my css style is displayed in mobile browser.but not in pc browser .what is the reason.?

I hope you understand that it's impossible to answer such a question without you providing some more details.

That said, did you check why is isn't displayed in the PC browser, using the browser's devtools? Is it perhaps a media query that causes specific CSS to be active on a mobile device?
