[Enterprise Risk Management] Expanding the application to manage business risk outside of data regulation

We have had a client request to expand the application to track other business risk. We are looking at setting a switch to allow for pure Data regulation Risk Management and/or wider risk management. Any opinions/thoughts on this are welcome.
