How to send some event.message,something i can catch in the mobile?

You probably want to take a look on the available Firebase components (Firebase Web + Firebase Mobile) on the community as they take advantage of sockets. They're pretty straightforward to use and you have a usage example on In-App Chat (web and mobile).
Alternatively you have other components with websockets on the community like MQTTP or Web Socket depending on your needs.
