Dear Paulo Ramos,

Good Morning. Thanks for the Betaface Demo App, I have been accessing it for a similar purpose of Face Recognition. 

I created a Namespace and was working fine for Face Recognition. However, I am now facing an issue while accessing the backend of Betaface API i.e While accessing https://myenv.Betaface, it shows 'Inavlid Permissions'. 

Could I get some help regarding this?

Hi Smitha,

In order to access the Back Office:

  • Grant role BetafaceAdmin to your user (you can do this in the /Users app).
  • Re-login to the back office at: https://<your server>/Betaface

Hi Paulo,

Thanks for your quick revert.

I tried to access Users page by - https://<myenv>/Users/

But I get 'Inavlid permissions', even though I have admin rights to the Enterprise environment.

What I might be missing here.

Now I am able to access the backend of Betaface API (after adding the admin role to the user as you suggested).
