I'm trying to install thus application in on on-premise (Outsystems 10 version platform) environment:
When I try to install it said "Unable to open Solution Pack for reading: Wrong Local header signature: 0xF44C4D4F". No logs are on monitoring, this message appear immediately when I try to One-Click publish the oml.
Do you know why?
I have installed another applications or modules with no problems...

Hey Carlos,
This looks like a corrupt download, have you tried downloading it again? Consider clearing your browser cache before hand.
Can you report back if that doesn't fix it?

To try to prevent corruptions problems, I have downloaded in my personal computer, and use a hash calculate app, and re-download in my client computer. The hash is the same, so I belive that is not corruption problem:
And I have tried to re-install again, but same error occurs.
Maybe some problem in my On-Premise Outsystems Infrastructure?

I don't know why 1-clickPublish generate this error, but I tried install by Service Studio and works!
