Sleeping Personal Environment - Where is the Wake Up Now Button?

I get this message on trying to connect to my personal environment:

But when I visit the URL and log in, I cannot see a Wake Up button:

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi Russell,

This option is in your account on the Outsystems website:

Thanks Pedro,

The environment seems to have woken itself up now, and when I go to that page I cannot see a Wake Button, but next time I will have a look:

Hi Russel,

Wake up button will be there if the environment is sleeping.

Best regards,

To add to this thread, I also couldn't find the "wake up" button. When i logged out of the development IDE(Service Studio) and logged back in, I was able to connect to the server environment.

Can confirm -  logging into the suggested URL seems to wake the environment, but no wake button is shown

Hi Paul,

If your environment is up and running wake button is not shown.

Accordingly with our information you personal environment is up and running, are you facing any issue?

I am facing some sync issues between UI and core atm but unsure if this is related

This issue makes your entire Personal environment not accessible, if you are facing other issues please open a support case, so it can be analysed.
