How can I achieve web based push notification

As a beginner with Outsystems, I am trying to create an web application with push notifications service. Few questions
1) How can I register the client let say with Firebase
2) How can i trigger notifications and receive the same , is there any default api .

Any documentation or guide would be helpful.
