Has anyone had to successfully resign an IPA file that has been generated by OutSystems 10? We have a scenario that we need to generate an IPA with a different App Bundle ID, Provisioning Profile, and Certificate without using Service Studio or Service Center. This is using an In-House distribution.

I have tried using Mac Terminal command line and resign utilities and it just hangs when installing the IPA onto the mobile device.
