Perhaps you can tell us what you mean by "persistent notification", and what exactly you don't know how to do? Is it using the plugin at all? Is it the "persistent" part?
what I mean by persistent notification is the notification cannot be exited by the user and will not be exited unless the user will click on the notification. What I don't know is how to make the notification persistent :)
I'm not sure that's even possible on Android and iOS?

If it is possible, it should be in the documentation of OneSignal somewhere. However, I can't find it.
