Different beetween process and logic

Good day.

Having studied the documentation I did not quite understand the difference between the processes and logic.

Please tell me what are the conceptual differences between them?

A process allows you to integrate business process logic.

But in Logic Actions I can execute same business logic which I implement in Processes Activity. They have identical sets of logical elements.
