I tried to export the PDF copy of PR but the error message appears.(“an error occurred during local report processing”), I don't know why ,This does not seem to be a logical problem..

it will be much more helpful to understand you query if you could detail out the process along with some service center logs for this error.
There might be some memory related issue while processing the request. however before coming over any conclusion, it will be good to go through the logs first. either service center / event viewer logs at server.
