You are completely right, the problem was caused by a WIndows language configuration in the Region & language settings. Awkward!

I had no problem to convert, I was using another version that time, but I not sure this is the cause.
Do you have any detail about the error? Because if the error is related compile, it could be your .NET environment that you are using to compile this code.
