Popup on Mozilla firefox

I am having popup for logout in my application, It works in chrome and IE browsers. But In mozilla popup is keep on loading .. what is the exact issue in triggering the popup.Please advice

Hi Saravanan,

Try running the dev tools console (CTRL+SHIFT+I) to see if any errors occur when you click the button to show the popup. It could be that something is blocking the popup from showing.
