Hi P S,
You could use Google Analytics. There is a plugin for mobile outsystems apps in the store to use it:
https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/1499/google-analytics-plugin
It can tell you even a lot more then only the count of visitors, works great.

In a recent project, I found that easily adapting AdoptionMonitor forge component to using the platforms logs on Mobile requests could bring up this information. Ops, I just noticed that I didn't catch-up to my earlier post on this same matter, but I do remember that solution to work. Please check it out!

I did install it in OS10 and was successfully able to use it. My personal environment was then migrated to 11 and still it works.
Now I can use it. But can I bring the results I have shown on my back-end ?
