Hi everyone, Outsystems please help me, I have a problem with my environment , I am getting Internal error,
Internal ErrorCould not allocate space for object 'dbo.ossys_Espace_Version'.'PK_OSSYS_ESPACE_VERSION' in database 'D75OUL035' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.It's problem with DB, but when I try to delete old versions of eSpaces, it doesn't help.. please do something.
Hi MarYan,Do you have an on-premise or cloud environment?if you have a free cloud environment I think you need to create a support ticket to OutSystems because of the system action "Delete Old Versions of eSpaces" doesn't work properly (because of disk size).With best regards,Ferhat Karatay
Hi MarYan,
kindly follow the below steps to delete old versions of eSpaces,
1.Login to the Service Center
2.Click on Factory > e Spaces > Check old eSpace version to delete.
3.you can filter by
1 week
2 week
1 month etc
4.Click on check version to delete
5.Delete required eSpace versions.
