Log In my environment never finished.

Please, I need your help. 

The problem is: since a try to wake up my environment it's impossible to log in. When I tried, the PC wait much time and never finished the task.

I download the version 11.0.506.0 and the problem was solved after loading,

Can you provide more context? Maybe you want to check Service Center or Life Time for more information, before you open a support ticket.

Hello Marco, 

Thanks for your answer. 

When I am on Platform Home and I try to open Manage Apps in My Personal Environment the computer remains trying to open and stay in this indefinitely.
