I am using a personal environment. When I published the module in Service Studio, I am getting the following error "Deployment Failed. Could not invoke ping. Exception". So, I tried to publish the module in Service Center. But, No improvements even in Service Center. How to resolve this issue?

Hello,
That has nothing to do with the Ping component. It's an issue in the environment health - probably the deployment controller is unreachable. You can see what's going on - and maybe even raise a ticket to support - Service Center -> Monitoring -> Environment Health.
I've faced the same a few hours ago but in the meantime everything went back to normal.
