Hi,
I have enabled the analytics report in lifetime. I am able to see some reports on response distribution time, APDEX, Response time breakdown.Everything goes well.
Issue: In (Lifetime>>Analytics)configuration there is a section for Performance report, I have included mail id in send list and on daily basis. But I didnot get any performance report mail.
Email configuration is also done from service center.
Please let me know if I miss any configuration.

Hi Pavani,Did you check the email logs from monitoring page? You can check email status from the log screen.If the status is Sent maybe you need to check your spam folder or maybe your exchange server automatically blocks the emails from the platform.Here is an example from the logs page.

I have checked email logs no logs regarding the analytics report.But in email logs we can only see the mails of the espace modules. But these mails should come from lifetime.
One request try from your lifetime if possible or If you have already done please let me know the steps for that.

We have dedicated lifetime.
I followed exact steps you mentioned above.
One doubt : In SMTP setting do we need to check the field (Redirect Emails To Test List) or uncheck the field.
And in lifetime service center the email log page is empty.
Hi Pavani,In my platform it's unchecked.That feature using for email testing. If you want to forward the email to a specific list you can define here but you don't need to enable for LifeTime.
I'd like to suggest more about that.
I am sure that smtp configuration are correct and it is same as the smtp configurations in production, test and dev environments.We are getting mails from these environments.
And I have checked the environment health,all the indicators are showing green.

Hi Pavani,I'm spending my last bullets :)Could you please go to LifeTime Service Center then Factory > Espaces and Search "LifeTimeAnalytics" go to timers tab and check timer schedules. Here is my current setting.Also, on monitoring page > timers section could you please check SendReports timer works or not

Finally :)I'm glad you found the root reason. It looks like SMTP issue. I guess platform can't connect to the SMTP.Kindly reminder; after you change/update your setting you can trigger SendReports timer manually from the Timers tab for testing.With best regards,F.Karatay

Hi Pavani,In my opinion, this is an smtp configuration error. But, you're sure about the configuration.I suggest you test your email configuration settings in a separated application.
Will anything effects on other environments by creating an web application.
And I have one doubt in my lifetime ServiceCenter>>Administration>>Environment Configuration>>HostName input field is empty.
Do we need to add hostname? If yes what is format (https://serverName or serverName).
