We have all settings to connect our OS app and Jira, in fact this connection was successful with the JiraconnectorDEMO, but when we try to connect Jira with our OS app a new public key is required. Also, we think we need to configure a private key in our OS app, but we are not sure.

How could we get/generate a valid Public and private Keys for this connection?

I really appreciate your help.

Hi Pedro, take a look at the article from Atlassian about how to generate the public key: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-get-consumer-key-for-jira-Oauth1/qaq-p/49925

If you have any question let us know.

When you say that "this connection was successful with the JiraconnectorDEMO" does that mean you are able to view the projects/issues/etc. from the target Jira instance in the demo app? If so, it's odd that you would not be able to view the information in your own app, given that the connector information should be the same.

Did you follow all the steps in the "Documentation" portion of the connector demo app?
