Incoming mail to ticket

Dear reader,


I was wondering if it was possible to fetch an incoming email and store it as a ticket in the DB? Anyone ever tried something like this?

Hi Roemer,

That's definitely possible. You can use the RichMail extension, which is part of the platform, to connect to an email server and fetch email messages. You can then do whatever you want with them, including storing them in a database entity.
