Display On Device does not work

Question

Hi, Now I am trying not to show some content on Phone.

Using DislayOnDevice widget settings as bellow pic

Expecting side banner content only shown in Desktop and Tablet, not shown in Phone

but in fact side banner content does not appear in desktop mode.

My environment is bellow.

OutSystems 11
Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0

Does any body fix this problem??

I'll be very appreciated if you help me.

Hi kazy,

Did you try to inspect the page? what DOM is showing?

also, I wanted to know is this issue accruing in Edge or other browsers too.

Found the bug!

"display: none" has been configured somehow in the wrapper of the content.

It caused the content never shown.

Thanks for your war support.

Could you see bellow pic about DOM.

The contents shoud be seen in blue area.

Also in Chrome, the same problem occurs.
