It seems you have performed a server upgrade sometime earlier, but you have not completed it (see Incomplete Upgrade warnings for Richwidgets and Users module).
Did you upload and publish System_Components.osp file from the Platform Server Installation folder afterwards?
Also, after that make sure to publish all modules in your environment in order to update them.
