Blocks exercise . where is the margin between the list and the block made

Hello, 


I study the layout of the blocks exercise of the reactive course but I fail to see where the margin between the 2 containers is made. 


Can someone give me a hint because I wanted to use a simular idea for a project of mine.

If I look at the source I see a reference to a extra.css but I cannot find it anywhere.

you can apply margin add a class to the container for example "margin-top-base".

yes. I know but if I look at the beginning oap file all margins are zero and there is one container of 4 and one of fiill and still I see a margin somewhere. 


I will include the oap file so maybe someone can see what im overseen here.
