I'm having troubles creating a new project "Reactive Web App"

I only create the project and try to publish and it errors out:

First time I publish it appears this page:

Then I try to add a button and publish again and it shows me this:

Then I hit "yes"

"Refresh All" and "Apply"

The final result is this:

This is happening from the 1st day that I have access to the new Reactive Web App option, can someone help me?
