According to this, you should have received an email with instructions on how to retrieve a snapshot of your applications. Have you checked your inbox? Has it been 6 months since it went to sleep?

You may contact the outsystems support in case you still have trouble retrieving them. Just open a ticket to them or click the chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
