It seems the service is returning an error message, but it is in Portuguese so I can't read it. The difference between Service Studio and the browser can be explained because Service Studio accesses the REST service via the server, not via your local machine.

It can be a Outsystem problem, I try to consume the api with a successful response with Outsystem version 11.

Update the version and try again.

What does the error message say in English? Something like it being called to many times or the like?

Hello, in contact with outsystems support, the problem is with proxy. The test doesn't works with connection use proxy autenthication.

I'd suggest there is some connectivity problem between the OutSystems server and the WS.
