I am not familiar with this error but are you sure your lifetimeapi's are working? try testing them by using a program like postman and follow the instructions in this documentation.

This way you know at least if the problem is within the plugin or your environment.

Hello I did the tests using the above components but I am in error so it will probably be some configuration in Lifetime.

I cannot be sure because of the black line but i think the link is missing "/lifetimeapi" because the link should be "{environment}/lifetimeapi/rest/v2/environments/", Also do not forget to create a service account in Lifetime and include the bearer key within your request header (see tab authorization in Postman).
