Need to stop timer
Question

Hi,

One of our application timer is running for more than 4 days and its never ending.

I followed the below steps to stop the timer but no luck

  • Deactivated the timer
  • reset iis
  • restart scheuler services
  • activate the timer

Is there anyway i can stop/kill from the Database end?

Could you please help me on the process to stop the timer.

Hii Kiran,

You can try once by reducing the "Time Out in minutes"' property value of the timer and restarting the IIS services.
