Unable to load application on device using QR code scanner
Question

Hi All,


I have a problem that when i develop and build my application through service studio,

And when i try to run it on browser, the application runs on browser, but when i try to run it on mobile device scanning the bar code, the application gives me the error on device.

"Sorry we weren't able to reach the app".


Has anyone faced this issue before?

I have to test some functionality on device,


Please if anyone can help...

Hi,

Are you working in an OnPremise infrastructure? Then you would not by default be able to run the app in your mobile device.

Thanks daniel,

I haven't tried this on another open network yet....but hopefully this is the same thing.

Will try this and update.

Is your mobile device able to connect to your environment? You may be limited in terms of network access.
