Reactive App HTML to PDF Conversion

Hi All,

I am trying to convert a traditional app to reactive. We tried to use the component being used in the traditional web and started with a simple text but I am encountering an error. The error is looking for a Theme.aspx that was not really used in the application and it only downloads a blank page.

Thanks.

Hello Ma. Joy,

Can you please give us more details? Can you provide print or .oml file to help you solve this issue?

Also. can you try to do what is wrote on the solution answer in this post https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/53218/how-to-convert-widget-container-to-pdf/

Luis

If I am not mistaken for reactive you no longer need to put the .aspx

I am sorry, I cannot send an oml here, I cannot configure the htmltopdf converter into my personal environment. Right now the error is gone, but it only downloads a blank file.

Hi, good news.

Can you confirm if the page that you are using for the conversion are accessible by anonymous?

I think it needs to be like that to work.

Luis

Hi, yes anonymous if checked. I tried the url to the configured htmltopdf converter. You can try this url if you have the component in your environment. It has a page where you can just put the url to test.

Attached is the content of the page. It was successfully downloaded however the content was not downloaded.

Thanks.

Hi,

I try it and also got the same error :(

I think the problem is that you want to print a reactive web page.
I tested to print to pdf a traditional page and it works. Can you test it?

Luis

Yes, printing a traditional page is working fine but when I tried printing a reactive page I am having an error even if I can access the reactive page using the same url.

Same to me.. I suggest you to open a new discussion in the component Support page here: https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-discussions/209/Html2PdfConverter

Hope someone can help us.
