Reactive App HTML to PDF Conversion
Question

Hi All,

I am trying to convert a traditional app to reactive. We tried to use the component being used in the traditional web and started with a simple text but I am encountering an error. The error is looking for a Theme.aspx that was not really used in the application and it only downloads a blank page.

Thanks.

If I am not mistaken for reactive you no longer need to put the .aspx

I am sorry, I cannot send an oml here, I cannot configure the htmltopdf converter into my personal environment. Right now the error is gone, but it only downloads a blank file.

Hi, good news.

Can you confirm if the page that you are using for the conversion are accessible by anonymous?

I think it needs to be like that to work.

Hi, yes anonymous if checked. I tried the url to the configured htmltopdf converter. You can try this url if you have the component in your environment. It has a page where you can just put the url to test.

Attached is the content of the page. It was successfully downloaded however the content was not downloaded.

Thanks.

Hi,

I try it and also got the same error :(

I think the problem is that you want to print a reactive web page.
I tested to print to pdf a traditional page and it works. Can you test it?

Yes, printing a traditional page is working fine but when I tried printing a reactive page I am having an error even if I can access the reactive page using the same url.
