We have created new outsystem environment and when we are trying to create new application in service Studio, we are not able to see mobile and web application options.
Could someone can help me on how to get these options.

You're missing to install the OutSystems templates:
If you install will solve it.
However, I fail to understand why they aren't installed by default? Is that on-premise or on cloud infrastructure?

Maybe they are installed and what is only needed is an update. I've seen that happen.
