Can I make ipa or to run on iphone device without and configuration or certificate.

Currently I do not have any ios certificate, provisioning profile and apple id but I just want to run the application on my iphone device.

Is it possible? no matter for debug or release ipa.

But I just want to know ... will it possible ?

Even I don't want to run the app inside outsystem app on iphone.

I want to run the app by installing it.

I know this is possible in android by making debug apk 

but what about iphone?
