It is a very good component, and very useful. 

But, i had a unfortilly erro when i using  this component in a hide table with an if. 

When the if shows the table, the script library dont load correctly. 

I suggest Isolate the call to library in a another web block.
And the developer can put this block on the page that he needs to use sortable.
