How to fix error "Session fixation mismatch" when using SSO ?

Hi All,
I have a problem with Single Sign On on some scenarios with multiple frontends or reload page when session expires. This lead to "Session fixation mismatch" errors.That error happens occasionally.Is there any solution that resolves this case completely?
(My version outsystem : 11.0.211.0)

Tks you, I tried ways on these errors still not solved. Do you have any other solutions?
