Is that possible with any coding.
Are we really need to write any coding for this.

Hi Shaik,
May I know why you want to stop iOS build process.
You only need to generate application file only when there is any change in native functionality otherwise just publishing the app will reflect all changes without regenerating.

If am getting correctly. If you don't want to generate then simply don't go for this page. If this is issue of access, like some others have access of this then can remove access of those users.
You will get delete icon to delete the used certificate.
Also you can manage certification from Service Center as well. Please refer this.
