I have a problem with the certification exam:
It's been six months since I signed up for the exam, but for reasons beyond Outsystems couldn't plan any days for me to take the test.
I didn't pay the cost of the exam because I wasn't going to.

- Reschedule: He asks me for a confirmation number that I don't have.
- Cancel: It asks me for a confirmation number that I don't have.
- Schedule: It asks me for a number: ELIGIBILITY NUMBER that I don't have.
I would like to get certified as soon as possible, how can we act in this case?
