I have a problem with the certification exam:

 It's been six months since I signed up for the exam, but for reasons beyond Outsystems couldn't plan any days for me to take the test.

I didn't pay the cost of the exam because I wasn't going to.

Enclosed is an invoice sent to me by the Finance staff

Today the way of planning the exam has changed, you are using the platform:

Now I can take the test but I have the following problems:

- Reschedule: He asks me for a confirmation number that I don't have.

- Cancel: It asks me for a confirmation number that I don't have.

- Schedule: It asks me for a number: ELIGIBILITY NUMBER that I don't have.


I would like to get certified as soon as possible, how can we act in this case?

Any information you need to tell me without any problem.
