There was an error connecting to "Environment name": Host not found
Question

Using service Studio 11 I am trying to connect to my corporate environment but I'm getting this error. Other developers here can log in with no issues.

  1. Check that you have active internet connection.
  2. Remove any unwanted spaces between Start and End.
  3. Copy that URL and paste it in browser then check it is working or not. May be there could be any spelling error.

first you need to check your cloud is create or not if created the check it wake up or it will shows the status is success..which is shown in below screenshot.

open this link and log in that and check in platform tab...
