You can use the Toggle Button to achieve this layout. You can import this from the OutSystemsUIWeb at UIFlows -> Controls -> ToggleButton.

If you aren't using OutsystemsUIWeb (I don't know what OS version you're using. OutsystemsUIWeb just exist in version 11), you can use it from WebPatterns in a similar way that Tyler wrote:
