Error due to "Too many login attempts"
Question

Hi,

I am facing the error due to failed login attempt and unable to open the environment for 60 minutes. Is there any way to reduce the time from 60 minutes and login to the environment as this is blocking my work for 1 hour.

Go to service center unblock the user to login once again.

Hi Kushala,

As Amreen shared you can unblock with given approach. 

I would like to add few more details on this. After too many failed login attempts from one IP address outsystems blocks that IP for the account. So that user from same IP address can not attempt to do login again.
