COVID-19 Community Response Update - March 19

Hello Community!

Things are really rolling now. Again, a big thanks to everyone for all the ideas submitted and conversations happening around them! As a reminder, we’ve merged a number of ideas that are similar and are working to review each one. We are doing this to get people in contact with each other who have similar ideas, this way people can work together in order to make the biggest impact.

We are happy to announce the next idea that was selected!

Criteria reminder:

  • Potential impact as measured by total population helped

  • Technical feasibility of using the OutSystems platform

  • Project team commitment to build and run the project

  • Availability of relevant subject matter experts in the team

Project #3

This idea aims to an application to monitor potential cases, prioritize them, track how many contacts they had until they started feeling symptoms and reach out to those people to identify transmission chains. This is being built with the help of doctors, to ensure that the information being shared can help with the correct data the people in need. There is one municipality in the Netherlands using this, and there is already interest to have it spread in the remaining regions of the country.

Congratulations! This is another great project we’re happy to kick off.

Stay safe out there!

Hi Andreia,

How do we know which ideas were selected? And what is the criterion for selecting an idea?
